Photo IDDriver licence or passport, plus your Medicare cardThree months of transaction account statementsThe account your pay goes into and the one you spend fromSavings or deposit account statementsShowing your deposit, usually the last three monthsA rough idea of your monthly living expensesBills, groceries, transport, childcare, subscriptions and so on

If you earn a salary or wage

Your two most recent payslipsLast financial year's income statementFrom myGov, or a PAYG payment summaryYour employment contractIf you've started a new job recently or you're on probationEvidence of bonus, commission or overtimeUsually two years of history, depending on the lender

If you're self-employed

Two years of personal tax returns and notices of assessmentTwo years of business tax returns and financial statementsFor your company or trust, if you have oneYour most recent BAS statementsSome lenders use these for a low doc loanYour ABN and how long it has been registered

Other income
